Source & Screening
- PES will conduct the screening process to select the Candidates possesses the right requirement, skills and qualifications to attend the interview.
- PES shall arrange sufficient Candidates for the interview.
Planning Prior To Recruitment Exercise
- A recruitment schedule will be sent listing down the dates of the exercise and the cities of the recruiters will be stationed with the flights and accommodation details.
- The interview rooms, trade tests, tools, material, IQ tests and others facilities will be arranged at designated venues and PES shall provide all logistics during the interview for company’s representatives.
